How to Cook Boneless Turkey Breast Roast

  1. Preheat oven to 200° C.
  2. Place turkey in oven proof tray and bake for 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes reduce heat to 180° and bake for 50 minutes per kg.
  4. Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
  5. Remove netting from turkey and slice.

TIP:  If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
