Asian Style Osso Buco
Serves: 6 – 8
- 2kg veal osso buco click here to order
- 1/2 cup (190g) hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 2 x 3cm pieces orange rind
- 1/2 cup honey
- 25g grated ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
1. Place veal osso buco in slow cooker.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in large jug; pour over osso buco.
3. Cook covered on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
4. Serve on a bed of rice or mashed potato drizzled with sauce.
