Bacon, Cheese and Avocado Croissant
Serves: 4
Ingredients
2 croissants
1 avocado
Juice from 1 lemon wedge
½ tsp minced garlic
Salt and pepper
4 rashers bacon
2 slices of cheese
Lettuce
Method
1. Remove rind and fry bacon until golden brown
2. While bacon is cooking mash avocado, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper to taste in bowl until the consistency of spread
3. Cut croissant in half and spread both sides with avocado
4. Arrange lettuce, cheese and bacon on croissant and serve
